Creates a new scheme

Parameters:

controller - the controller in whose realm this scheme will be used

Creates a link between the value of key and the entry of identifier id.

Parameters:

key - the property to observe

id - the identifier of the value to set

unlink

public void unlink(String id)

Removes the link between the entry for id and a PropertyKey.

Parameters:

id - the link to remove

changed

protected abstract void changed(String id,
                                Icon icon)

Called if property accessed through a PropertyKey changed its value.

Parameters:

id - the identifier of the value that changed

icon - the new value, can be null
