Runs a Check over AtlasObjects in a separate thread. CheckFlags that result from checking an AtlasObject are posted to the RunnableCheckBase.eventService along with MapRouletteClient for handling.

Parameters:

country - country that is being processed

check - check that is being executed

objects - AtlasObjects that are going to be executed

client - MapRouletteClient that will upload the tasks to MapRoulette
