Returns a cache key for the user and email system hostname for selected folder

Parameters:

loginId - user's loginId

hostSystem - mail system fully-qualified hostname

folder - folder on mail system

protocol - protocol to use. (For safety to allow simultaneous testing of multiple protocols to same host)

Returns:

cache key for the user
