public TabWithValidatorHandler(ClassDescriptor beanClass)

Creates a new DefaultObjectHandler which provides support for the specified class. The class is not actually introspected until the compileFirstPass(org.w3c.dom.Element, org.nuiton.jaxx.compiler.JAXXCompiler) method is invoked.
