KeyIntervals

Constructor to create an instance of KeyInterval using the given number of keys and the intervals in includeIntervals.

Parameters:

includeIntervals - - the intervals to use when dividing numKeys into intervals

numKeys - - the total number of keys to use to divide among the intervals.
