This tests the reconnected functionality of the Gateway client. Test is added to test the bug related to missing batch-id error(bugid 35593). Scenario: Sender Gateway updates the Wan Region. While receiving updates; receiver disonnects with all the Gateway clients, forcing sender to re-establish connection. With new connection to receiver, right batch(ids) should be sent to receiver.
