This is a _dependency_ interface. See Dependencies.

Implement this interface to provide the default scope used in method signatures not providing a TxScope parameter. For instance, the default ThreadLocalDefaultTxScopeProvider. For a web application, it could be changed to a RequestDefaultTxScopeProvider.
