It is currently in-progress.

translateIRI

public String translateIRI(org.semanticweb.owlapi.model.IRI iri)

Parameters:

iri - iri

Returns:

string for iri

translateIdToIRIString

public String translateIdToIRIString(String id)

Parameters:

id - id

Returns:

string for id

isURI

public boolean isURI(String id)

True if id starts with a standard URI prefix (http, ftp, https) followed by a ":". Does not check if it actually conforms to URI syntax.

Parameters:

id - id

Returns:

boolean

expandPrefix

public String expandPrefix(String prefix)

Expands an OBO prefix such as "GO" to "http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/GO_". By default a prefix XX maps to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/XX_

Parameters:

prefix - prefix

Returns:

expanded prefix
