reloadConfiguration

Reload the configuration file. It checks if the system property SYSTEM_PROPERTY_TOOP_MP_SERVER_PROPERTIES_PATH is present and if so, tries it first, than PATH_PRIVATE_TOOP_INTERFACE_PROPERTIES is checked and finally the PATH_TOOP_INTERFACE_PROPERTIES path is checked.

Returns:

ESuccess
