```
This class represents a set of weather scenarios for a given list of locations and a time interval. A scenario contains historical weather up to actual time and predicted weather after actual time. It is possible to use climatological data after the predictable period. This is a short term solution which does use XML elements as weather variables that are defined in the core. This should be replaced by WeatherScenarioRequest, which uses drmCrop based constructs with a coding table foe weather variables.
