The action used to store the BindRequest simple authentication

 BindRequest ::= [APPLICATION 0] SEQUENCE {
     ....
     authentication          AuthenticationChoice }

 AuthenticationChoice ::= CHOICE {
     simple                  [0] OCTET STRING,
     ...

 We have to create an Authentication Object to store the credentials.
